I found it worked great at first but after a few nights I would need to up the dose so it loses it’s effectiveness for helping me sleep. I take 3mg and it works great for the panic attacks I just take it and they end quite quickly after they start. It flat out changed my life for the panic attacks. Everybody is so afraid of becoming addicted and therefore don’t try these drugs but it gave me back my life.
